We are looking forward to welcoming you to the AACO 58th Annual General Meeting to be held in Rabat, Morocco, between 3-5 November 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel at Kasr Al Bahr (https://www.fourseasons.com/rabat/). Below we list all the necessary information needed to ensure a comfortable arrival and stay in Rabat, as well as the relevant information needed for your participation in the AGM.
AGM Patronage & Hosting:
AACO AGM, will be held this year under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and by kind invitation of Mr. Abdelhamid Addou / Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of Royal Air Maroc and Chairman of AACO 58th AGM.
AGM Events & Functions:
The 58th AGM will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel at Kasr Al Bahr in Rabat, Morocco and includes the following main events:
- The opening of the AGM will be held on the evening of Monday, 3 November, 2025 at 18:45, at the Convention Center of Four Seasons Hotel, Royal Ballroom - Outdoor Terrace.
- The working sessions of the 58th AGM will be held on Tuesday, 4 November starting at 09:00 A.M. at the Convention Center of Four Seasons Hotel, Royal Ballroom.
- The AGM functions will conclude with the closing on the evening of Tuesday, 4 November.
- Royal Air Maroc is organizing a networking trip to "Tangier" on the 5th of November 2025.
AGM Registration & Badge:
Registration will take place on the 3rd of November, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel.
- Badges must be collected from the registration desk
- Your badge is confirmation that you are a registered delegate
- Your badge must be worn at all the AGM functions
AGM Documentation:
Based on the Executive Committee decision, the AGM working papers will no longer be distributed in printed format, except for the CEOs of the AACO member airlines who request to receive a printed copy of all materials and documentation. Accordingly, if you wish to receive a hard copy, please contact us at [email protected].
All AACO documentation and materials is uploaded onto the AACO Events APP.
Meet & Assist
Royal Air Maroc will provide to all AGM delegations Meet & Assist at the airports either at Rabat-Sale Airport or Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca. Accordingly, final flight details should always be communicated with AACO at [email protected].
Transportation:
The distance from Rabat-Sale Airport to the Four Seasons Hotel at Kasr Al Bahr is between 20-30 minutes.
The distance from Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport to the Four Seasons Hotel at Kasr Al Bahr is around 2 hours drive.
Royal Air Maroc will provide transportation for all delegates during the AGM, specifically between the Airport(s) and the Four Seasons Hotel at Kasr Al Bahr, and vice versa. Accordingly, please provide your confirmed flight details to AACO at [email protected].
Royal Air Maroc will provide transportation from the Four Seasons Hotel to the AGM closing dinner. As for the networking trip to Tangeir, it will be provided by high speed train and busses for internal transportation in Tangier.
The AGM Hotel:
The AACO 58th AGM will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel. Please note that all rooms at the hotel has been released as per the hotel's policy. Should you wish to book your accommodation at the AGM's venue please contact the hotel directly on [email protected].

AGM Networking Functions:
Royal Air Maroc will organize a networking trip to Tangier for the AGM delegates on 5 November, 2025. If you wish to participate, please indicate that on the registration page.
AGM APP:
Be sure to visit the AACO Events AGM App as updates is posted on a regular basis. The App will provide information on the agenda, working papers, press release, resolutions, sponsors, and others.

AGM Dress Code:
- The dress code for the opening and working sessions is "Business Attire"
- The dress code for the closing dinner is "Smart Casual"
- The dress code for the networking trip is "Casual", please ensure comfortable shoes as the trip includes walking around Tangier sights
