On July 16, Oman Airports signed an agreement with Singapore's Changi International Airport to boost commercial and aviation revenues at Oman's airports.
The agreement aims to establish initial strategic cooperation between the two parties, focusing on the exchange of expertise, development of innovative revenue-generation strategies, and the creation of commercial and entertainment spaces that benefit travellers and local residents alike.
As part of the agreement, Changi International Airport will provide practical solutions to optimize revenues at Oman’s airports. This includes potential initiatives such as land leasing, the development of themed activity zones, and other commercial infrastructure projects.
