Bespoke partnership between Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Air Navigation Services and Emirates Aviation University to provide technical academic programs in aviation

Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans) and Emirates Aviation University (EAU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at training and developing human resources, as well as providing full-fledged technical academic programs for students and professionals in the aviation sector.
The MOUs were signed by H.E. Mohammed A. Ahli, the Director General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and the CEO of Dubai Air Navigation Services, and Professor Ahmed Al Ali, the Vice Chancellor of Emirates Aviation University, in the presence of representatives from both entities.
The agreement signed between DCAA and EAU entails collaboration on several fronts that include designing joint training courses, participation in conferences and educational seminars held by both entities, in addition to collaborating on educational and joint research initiatives. DCAA will be supporting the universities’ training program through providing training programs for students affiliated to the latter. Whereas EAU will be providing special rates to DCAA employees and their families seeking to pursue their education with the university.
With this partnership in place, students of EAU will have the opportunity to gain on ground practical experience in air traffic management through several initiatives such as internships and professional training programs in dans, which will provide them with a competitive edge through combining theory with practice in order to diversify their knowledge and gain practical exposure that will better equip them for the job market.

توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين هيئة دبي للطيران المدني ومؤسسة دبي لخدمات الملاحة الجوية مع جامعة الإمارات للطيران لتقديم برامج أكاديمية تقنية شاملة في مجال الطيران

وقعت هيئة دبي للطيران المدني ومؤسسة دبي لخدمات الملاحة الجوية “دانز” مذكرة تفاهم مع جامعة الإمارات للطيران وذلك لتدريب الكوادر البشرية وتطويرهم وتوفير برامج أكاديمية تقنية متميزة للطلاب والمهنيين في قطاع الطيران.
ووقع على مذكرة التفاهم كل من سعادة محمد عبد الله أهلي، مدير عام هيئة دبي للطيران المدني والرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة دبي لخدمات الملاحة الجوية، والبروفيسور أحمد آل علي، مدير جامعة الإمارات للطيران، بحضور ممثلين عن كلا الجانبين.
وتتمثل مذكرة التفاهم التي وقعت بين الهيئة والجامعة عدة بنود منها تصميم الدورات التدريبية المشتركة واتاحة الفرصة للطرفين بالاشتراك او حضور المؤتمرات والندوات التعليمية التي يتم عقدها بين الجهتين كما سيتم التعاون في مجال التعليم والبحث المشترك و ستدعم الهيئة برنامج التدريب التابع للجامعة من خلال استيعاب الطلبة في برامج تدريبية كما ستقدم الجامعة لكافة العاملين في الهيئة فرصة الاستفادة من الخصومات لهم ولأقاربهم من الدرجة الاولى للدراسة لديهم كما ستتاح مرافق الجامعة لاستخدامات الهيئة المختلفة.
أما مذكرة التفاهم التي وقعت بين مؤسسة دبي لخدمات الملاحة الجوية وجامعة الإمارات للطيران تمثلت أهم البنود بأن طلاب الجامعة سيحظون بفرص تدريبية وذلك من خلال برامج مكثفة ستقدمها المؤسسة للطلاب والمتقدمين، والتي تجمع بين المفاهيم النظرية والتطبيق العملي، الأمر الذى سيساهم في تعزيز الخبرات التنافسية التي سيحصل عليها الطلاب وتعميق مستويات المعرفة والخبرة لديهم وتجهيزهم لمتطلبات سوق العمل.
