Passenger numbers increased by 10.8% at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport in January 2018. The airport detailed the air traffic for January 2018 compared to that of 2017 as follows:
• Passengers: 597,768, increased by 10.8% year-on-year.
• Cargo: 7,049 tonnes, increased by 27.1%.
• Freight: 6,984 tonnes, increased by 26.8%.
• Mail: 65 tonnes, increased by 75.7%.
• Aircraft movements: 5,360, increased by 0.7%.
