On 20 August, Oman's National Centre for Statistics and Information reported the following traffic highlights for Muscat International Airport for the first seven months end of July 2024 compared to 2023:
Passengers: 7.6 million, +8.9%;
Domestic: 621,955, +8.3%;
International: 6.9 million, +9.0%;
Aircraft movements: 56,498, +5.8%;
Domestic: 4963, +9.3%;
International: 51,535, +5.5%.
