Bilateral discussions were held between the civil aviation authorities of the State of Qatar and the Republic of South Africa, during the meetings of the Air Services Negotiation (ICAN 2023) Event, in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The discussions resulted in positive outcomes, including the signing of a memorandum of understanding to increase transport rights between the two countries.
This memorandum allows the operation of additional (7) passenger flights, bringing the total to (35) flights in both directions, which enhances travel options for travelers.
