The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) signed  three bilateral agreements in the field of civil aviation with the governments of Colombia, Seychelles and Rwanda. The strategic agreements aim at facilitating air operations, ensuring air safety, aviation security and regulation of the air transport sector.
