On 13 December, Uzbekistan's Transport Ministry announced the signing of an agreement with Saudi Arabia to increase permitted frequency to 35 times weekly.
Services from Tashkent to destinations in Saudi Arabia can operate up to 14 times weekly, and services from other international airports in Uzbekistan to points in Saudi Arabia, 21 times weekly.
