Saudi Arabia and New Zealand seal a bilateral air services agreement

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of New Zealand signed, at the headquarters of the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Riyadh, a bilateral agreement that sets the comprehensive regulatory framework for air operations between both countries.
The agreement stipulates the regulatory framework between Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, in order to enhance the provided international air services by becoming more efficient, competitive; this framework also enables carriers of both countries to offer a variety of choices to passengers and freight forwarders while securing the highest levels of air safety and security.
The agreement also regulates transparent market access, commercial opportunities, and fair competition between the designated airlines of both countries.
توقيع اتفاقية ثنائية للخدمات الجوية بين السعودية ونيوزيلندا

وقعت المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية نيوزيلندا في مقر الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني في الرياض اتفاقية ثنائية للخدمات الجوية تتضمن الإطار التنظيمي الشامل للتشغيل الجوي بين البلدين على نحو آمن ومنظم وسليم.
واحتوت الإتفاقية الموقعة على الأحكام الإطارية التي تعزز عملية تقديم خدمات النقل الجوي الدولي لتكون فعالة وتنافسية وتمكن شركات الطيران المعينة للبلدين من عرض مجموعة من الخيارات لجمهور المسافرين والعاملين في مجال الشحن الجوي وكذلك ضماناً لتحقيق أعلى درجات السلامة والأمن الجوي.
كما تنظم الإتفاقية الثنائية شفافية دخول الأسواق والفرص التجارية والمنافسة العادلة بين الناقلات المعينة من البلدين.
