Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation and the Iraq Civil Aviation Authority signed an air transport MoU. The agreement includes clauses and regulations on rights granted to both parties and items related to aviation safety and security. The parties also discussed the resumption of passenger and cargo services between the two countries.
