On 29 January, the State of Qatar and the Republic of Madagascar signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in the field of air transport that stipulates the operation of 7 passenger flights and 7 cargo flights.

The MOU also comes in line with the strategy of the national airline of the State of Qatar to expand its operational network.
