Morocco and Russia sign an air transport agreement

The governments of Morocco and the Russian Federation signed an air transport agreement. This agreement, signed by H.E. Mr. Aziz Rabah, Minister of Equipment, Transport, and Logistics of Morocco, and H.E. Mr. Maxim Sokolov, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, stipulates the traffic rights that will be provided to the contracting parties; mainly the landing and takeoff rights given to air carriers carrying passengers, mail and cargo on the specified routes in the annex of the agreement.
The agreement also paves the way for safety consultations on the measures that need to be adopted by both parties; these measures are related to aircraft, cabin crew and passengers to ensure a safe mode of transport and in line with all relevant international conventions.
التوقيع على اتفاق بشأن الخدمات الجوية بين المغرب وروسيا

وقعت الحكومة المغربية وحكومة روسيا الاتحادية على اتفاقية خدمات جوية. ويحدد هذا الاتفاق، الذي وقعه وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك معالي السيد عزيز الرباح، ووزير النقل الروسية معالي السيد ماكسيم سوكولوف، الحقوق التي ستمنح من قبل الطرفين المتعاقدين، وخاصة الحق المتعلق بالهبوط بإقليم الطرف الآخر عند استغلال الطرق المحددة في ملحق هذا الاتفاق لغرض إركاب وإنزال الركاب والبضائع والبريد المنقولين الخطوط المحددة في جدول الطرق من أو إلى النقاط المتواجدة على إقليم الطرف المتعاقد الآخر.
ويرمي هذا الاتفاق إلى القيام بمشاورات حول إجراءات السلامة التي يجب اتخاذها، والمتعلقة بالطائرات والأطقم والمسافرين وضمان سلامة الطيران المدني ضد كل عمل غير مشروع تطبيقا للمعاهدة الدولية ذات الصلة.
