Kuwait signed an agreement with Nicaragua to regulate aviation services, the first of its kind between the two countries.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 40th session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal, Canada.
The agreement will facilitate the movement of passengers, air cargo, link Kuwait International Airport with more international airports, promote air traffic between the two countries, encourage trade exchange, and provide new and varied options to serve passengers from both countries.
he agreement included "the rules of operation of the national airlines of both countries, the exchange of transport rights, and the strengthening of cooperation between them in the field of security and safety of civil aviation.
