The Cameroonian Minister of Transport, His Excellency Jean Ernest Masséna NGALLE BIBEHE, and His Excellency Merzak BEDJAOUI Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Cameroon signed a bilateral air service agreement for their respective countries on 24 February 2021 in Yaounde.
The agreement signed will strengthen bilateral relations between the two States, which will give impetus to the operation of direct commercial flights. A direct flight line will thus soon be established from Algiers linking Yaounde and Douala. This will facilitate travel and strengthen the development of trade and tourism via their respective airports.
