Syrian Aviation Holding Company has signed an agreement with QMSmart for the purchase and implementation of its specialized safety and quality management system, marking a new step in the company’s ongoing eAorts to enhance operational processes, strengthen safety and quality standardss, and advance digital transformation.
The agreement was signed by Capt. Anwar Akkad, CEO of Syrian Airlines, and Mr. Sujith Kumar, CEO of QMSmart, as part of the company’s commitment to modernizing its management systems and enhancing operational performance.
The implementation of the system aims to standardize procedures, strengthen risk management and auditing processes, and improve monitoring and reporting capabilities, contributing to greater operational eAiciency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Through this initiative, Syrian Airlines reaffirms its commitment to investing in modern technologies, developing its workforce, and strengthening its culture of safety and quality, in line with its vision to advance its operations and enhance the quality of its services.
