Saudia in cooperation with Saudia Cargo, began cargo operations on passenger aircraft in light of the suspension of passenger flights, and within an operational plan aimed at making use of the available cargo capacities on those aircraft to double the capacity of logistical and freight operations between the Kingdom and many countries around the world.
Both air transport and freight companies operate within the “Saudia” group under the umbrella of the Saudia Corporation, which harnesses all its capabilities, companies and strategic units in the current circumstances to serve the efforts exerted to confront the Corona pandemic and to enhance the logistics support, supply and shipping operations between the Kingdom and many countries around the world.
Currently, Cargo aircraft continue to transport shipments between the kingdom and international markets in Europe through Frankfurt, Liège, Amsterdam and New York stations in addition to Hong Kong, Dhaka, Nairobi and Addis Ababa station.
