During the first half of 2018, Saudia transported approximately 17 million guests on more than 106 thousand flights on both domestic and international flights. Flights’ duration amounted to 246 thousand hours. The performance recorded an 8% increase in the number of guests and 4% increase in the number of flights compared to the same period last year.

The domestic sector continued to achieve a growing number of guests during the first half of the year with a growth rate of 3.7%, with 8.4 million visitors transported over 61,7 thousand flights within 27 airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while the growth rate in the number of guests on international flights recorded a leap by more than 12%. More than 8.5 million guests were transported on 44.2 thousand international flights with an increase of 6% in the number of flights.
