The operational performance of Saudia in the international sector during June 2019 witnessed a new leap in passenger numbers, registering a growth rate of 7% compared to the same month last year and exceeding 1.5 million passengers, with a daily average of over 50,000 passengers carried by Saudia on its network, while the number of passengers carried on 18.6 thousand domestic and international flights reached three million passengers.
The National Transport Operator's performance report for the first half of 2019 reported that 17 million passengers were transported on board 107.6 thousand domestic and international flights, of which 8.3 million were on the domestic sector and were transported on more than 63,000 flights. The number of passengers on international flights was 8.71 million passengers, which were transferred to 44.5 thousand international flights.
