Qatar Airways touches down at Tokyo Haneda International Airport

Qatar Airways touched down at Tokyo Haneda International Airport for the first time on 18 June marking the airlines’ third destination in Japan and 143rd globally. The inaugural flight also marked the first time that a Qatar Airways Boeing 787 Dreamliner has operated to one of their three destinations in Japan. Qatar Airways has been operating to the Land of the Rising Sun, with routes to Osaka and Tokyo Narita, since 2005 and 2010 respectively.
The historic flight signaled the start of a daily service to Tokyo Haneda International Airport, which joined the daily flights already in operation to Tokyo Narita International Airport. For passengers, this means two dedicated flights into Japan’s largest city on a daily basis.
The route, which is operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with 22 seats in Business Class and 232 in Economy, will bring the number of Qatar Airways’ flights to Japan up from 14 to 21 frequencies each week.
With the new route, Qatar Airways will be serving travellers from the central area of Tokyo in addition to Tokyo Narita which currently services the population in the greater city area.

الخطوط الجوية القطرية تدشن رحلاتها المباشرة إلى مطار طوكيو هانيدا

دشنت الخطوط الجوية القطرية اولى رحلاتها إلى مطار طوكيو هانيدا الدولي إيذاناً بتدشين ثالث وجهاتها في اليابان بعد أوساكا التي دشنت في العام 2005 وطوكيو ناريتا في العام 2010 والوجهة رقم 143 عالميًا. وتسيّر القطرية على الخط الجديد طائرتها الحديثة من طراز بوينغ 787 دريملاينر لتكون هذه المرّة الأولى التي تسيّر فيها الناقلة هذه الطائرة إلى اليابان.
وبتدشين الرحلات الجديدة إلى مطار هانيدا الدولي بمعدّل رحلة يومياً إلى جانب الرحلة اليوميّة التي تسيّرها الناقلة إلى مطار طوكيو ناريتا الدولي، يتضاعف عدد الرحلات إلى العاصمة طوكيو إلى رحلتين يومياً.
كما يرتفع مجمل عدد رحلات الناقلة إلى اليابان ككل من 14 رحلة إلى 21 رحلة أسبوعياً. وتسيّر القطرية على هذا الخط طائرتها الحديثة من طراز بوينغ 787 دريملاينر التي تضمّ على متنها 22 مقعداً في درجة رجال الأعمال و232 مقعداً في الدرجة السياحية. ومن خلال الخط الجديد، توفر القطرية خدماتها للمسافرين من منطقة وسط طوكيو فيما يخدم مطار طوكيو ناريت.
