Oman Air and Rolls-Royce agreed to a five-year contract for engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services for eight Trent 700-powered Airbus A330 aircraft.
The agreement will see Rolls-Royce provide Oman’s national carrier with its flagship TotalCare long-term aftercare service solution, which is designed to provide predictive maintenance planning and maximise aircraft availability.
The Trent 700 was the first in the successful Trent family of engines and truly embodies the Power of Trent. It delivers the power required for all variants of the A330, in the Middle East more than 70 per cent of A330 operations are powered by the Trent 700.
