A new Boeing plane (B787-10), (Dreamliner) departing from Charleston Airport in the United States of America, arrived at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. The new plane, which is the latest version of the dream plane, is the third of the same type, from the total of 8 aircraft consequently joining the national carrier fleet as part of a deal with the American Boeing Company that also included 15 modern B777-300 aircraft that were received in full, within the framework of the largest program in the history of the organization to modernize and develop the fleet being implemented within a comprehensive program of transformation. The aircraft left Charleston Airport led by a crew of "Saudia" pilots.
The aircraft (B787-10) is characterized by modern features, including fuel savings of 25% compared to other wide-body aircraft, and its distinctive interior design and spacious interior containing 333 seats for the economy class and 24 seats for business class which have been fully equipped with the latest amenities and communications technology that makes travel on board Easy and fun, and the new plane was scheduled to serve many sectors in the continents of North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East region, in addition to operating a number of internal sectors.
