Gulf Air organizes Business Continuity Management workshop

Gulf Air conducted a 2-day interactive awareness workshop on Business Continuity Management (BCM) which was delivered by industry experts. The workshop was attended by more than 30 employees from various departments of the airline.
The main objectives of the awareness workshop were to increase the knowledge of the participants and to explain the main reasons and benefits of implementing a (BCM) program within large corporations. The workshop also highlighted “ISO 22301” framework and common methodology of preparing and exercising recovery plans, to resume business operations in the event of a disaster as quick as possible with minimum losses.

طيران الخليج تنظم ورشة عمل "إدارة إستمرارية الاعمال" لموظفيها

أقامت طيران الخليج ورشة عمل تفاعلية على مدى يومين حول "إدارة استمرارية الأعمال" حاضر فيها عدد من الخبراء في هذا المجال. وقد حضر الورشة المذكورة أكثر من 30 موظفاً من العاملين في الناقلة من مختلف الأقسام.
قد هدفت الورشة التفاعلية إلى زيادة الوعي والمعرفة لدى المشاركين فيما يخص الأسباب الرئيسية والمنافع لتطبيق برنامج إدارة استمرارية الأعمال في المؤسسات الكبرى. كما سلطت الورشة الضوء على منظومة الآيزو “ISO 22301” والآلية المتبعة في تحضير وتطبيق مخططات الحلول؛ وذلك لمتابعة سير الأعمال بأسرع وقت وبأقل الخسائر في حال حدوث الكوارث.
