Gulf Air extends MRO agreement with JorAMCo

Gulf Air announced a three-year extension of its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) agreement with JorAMCo under which JorAMCo will provide Gulf Air with Heavy Maintenance checks for its current fleet of 28 aircraft - A330s, A320-ERs, A320s and A321s. The agreement, originally signed in January 2013, has been extended for three more years, ending 31 December 2018.
Gulf Air’s Technical Division also performs its own aircraft maintenance, up to and including A-checks and C-checks utilizing all the engineering resources available locally in Bahrain and in line with the airline’s ongoing efforts to streamline its operations for greater efficiency and cost reduction. The airline also fully manages its Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) functions which include engineering support services, aircraft systems and propulsion engineering, technical planning, airworthiness review and maintenance of fleet technical records.

طيران الخليج تمدد اتفاقية صيانة اسطولها مع "جورامكو"

أعلنت شركة طيران الخليج عن توقيع اتفاقية "MRO" مع شركة "جورامكو" لتمديد عقد صيانة واصلاح اسطول طائراتها لمدة 3 سنوات اضافية للعقد الاساسي الذي كان قد وقع في يناير 2013، ويستمر حتى 31 ديسمبر 2018، وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية التي توفر الصيانة الثقيلة لأسطول الناقلة المكون من 28 طائرة ايرباص من طرازات 330 و320 و320 ذات المدى الممتد و321.
ويقوم القسم التقني بشركة طيران الخليج بصيانة طائرات الشركة بما في ذلك الصيانة "C"، والاستفادة من جميع الموارد المتاحة محليا لتقديم الصيانة التقنية في مملكة البحرين، وذلك تماشيا مع جهود الشركة المستمرة لتحسين عملياتها من أجل زيادة الكفاءة والجودة وخفض التكاليف. كما تحرص الناقلة باستمرار على إدارة النظم الخاصة بصلاحية الطائرات للطيران (CAMO) ومهامها التي تشمل الخدمات الهندسية، والتخطيط التقني، ومراجعة صلاحيات الطائرات للطيران وصيانة السجلات الفنية للأسطول.
