Gulf Air and Euro Motors partner to enhance their loyalty programmes

Gulf Air partnered with Euro Motors to offer "Intaleq" loyalty card members a new way to enjoy their earned Klicks with the ability to redeem them for FalconFlyer miles and gain a number of member benefits and privileges with Gulf Air's loyalty programme.
The partnership agreement was signed earlier this month by Mr. Ahmed Janahi, Gulf Air A/Chief Commercial Officer and Mr. Paul Yates, General Manager of Euro Motors at the national carrier's head office in Muharraq.
"Intaleq" is Euro Motor's Loyalty programme exclusively designed for valued customers. This unique programme allows customers to earn Klicks and tailored benefits.
Gulf Air's FalconFlyer Programme, with its incentives and benefits for the airline's frequent flyers, offers members attractive privileges and value-added benefits such as bonus miles up to 250%, family membership and special privileges both on the ground and in the air. Other advantages of the programme include the redemption rates and the miles earning system for premium class in the GCC and Middle East region, special online booking bonuses, a generous baggage allowance, three years miles validity, unlimited lounge access, priority baggage handling and guaranteed seats among a host of other benefits.

طيران الخليج ويورو موتورز تتعاونان لتعزيز برنامجيهما للولاء

وقعت طيران الخليج اتفاقية تعاون مع يورو موتورز لطرح بطاقة "إنطلق" للولاء؛ وهي طريقة جديدة لعملاء وكالة السيارات المعروفة لاستخدام نقاطهم بتحويلها إلى أميال برنامج "فالكون فلاير" والاستمتاع بعدد من المزايا والعوائد الخاصة ببرنامج طيران الخليج للولاء.
إتفاقية التعاون المذكورة تم توقيعها من قِبل القائم بأعمال رئيس القطاع التجاري بطيران الخليج السيد أحمد جناحي والمدير العام لوكالة يورو موتورز السيد بول ييتس؛ وذلك في مقر الناقلة الرئيسي بالمحرق.
"إنطلق" هو برنامج يورو موتورز للولاء المصمم خصيصاً لعملاء الوكالة المتميزون؛ حيث يمنح هذا البرنامج العملاء فرصة تحصيل النقاط والمزايا.
يقدم برنامج طيران الخليج للولاء "فالكون فلاير" سلسلة من المزايا والفوائد المتنوعة لأعضائه من المسافرين المتميزين كالأميال الإضافية التي تصل إلى نسبة 250 بالمئة، وعضوية العائلة، وعدد من المزايا الخاصة الأخرى في الجو وعلى الأرض. المزايا الأخرى للبرنامج تشمل أفضل معدلات تحصيل النقاط، وأفضل نظام لتحصيل الأميال للدرجات الفاخرة في منطقة الخليج العربي والشرق الأوسط، والعروض الخاصة للحجز الإلكتروني، والوزن الإضافي، وصلاحية استخدام الأميال لمدة 3 سنوات، والدخول غير المحدود لقاعة الصقر الذهبي، والأولوية في الأمتعة، وضمان حجز المقاعد؛ بالإضافة إلى غيرها من المزايا.
