flynas carries 3.3 million passengers in 2013

flynas announced that the airline carried 3.3 million passengers in 2013. During the year, the airline developed a new identity after rebranding, launched the flynas Business Class, achieved high rates of customer satisfaction and on-time performance, and received two awards.
The customer satisfaction reached 91% at flynas and its on time performance reached 90%. Moreover, flynas was awarded the “CAPA Aviation Award for Excellence” in the category IT Innovation of the Year 2013, which flynas won for its customer-centric social media strategy; and also received the “Marketer of the Year” award in the Travel, Tourism and Transportation category of the annual Effie Awards MENA for its “Buy one, get one free” promotion.
Since its launch in 2007, flynas has carried more than 12 million passengers on 110,000 flights, with the highest rate of passenger growth recorded in 2013.

أعلنت شركة طيران ناس عن نقل 3.3 مليون مسافر في العام 2013. وخلال العام قامت شركة الطيران بإطلاق هويتها الجديدة، وتوفير خدمة درجة الأعمال على متن طائراتها، وتحقيق معدلات عالية في نسبة رضى العملاء ودقة مواعيد الرحلات، بالإضافة إلى الحصول على جائزتين.
وقد وصلت نسبة رضا المسافرين على متن رحلات طيران ناس إلى 91 بالمئة وبلغت دقة مواعيد الرحلات 90 نسبة بالمئة. كما حصدت شركة الطيران جائزة "كابا للتميز في قطاع الطيران"، وذلك ضمن فئة الإبداع في تقنية المعلومات للعام 2013 تقديراً لإستراتيجيتها لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي أبقت الشركة على إتصال مستمر مع عملاءها، وكذلك فازت بجائزة أفضل مسوق لعام 2013 في فئة السفر والسياحة والنقل، وذلك ضمن جوائز إيفي الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (إيفي مينا) السنوية، وذلك عن حملتها الترويجية "اشتر تذكرة وإحصل على الثانية مجاناً".
الجدير بالذكر أن طيران ناس ومنذ انطلاقتها في عام 2007 قد نقلت أكثر من 12 مليون مسافر على متن أكثر من 110,000 رحلة، حيث تم تسجيل أعلى نمو في عدد المسافرين خلال عام 2013.
