Etihad Flight College enhances trainer fleet

Etihad Flight College expanded its fleet of trainer aircraft with the delivery of two Extra EA 330 LT aircraft. The aircraft were shipped and reassembled by the manufacturer at the Flight College’s hangar in Al Ain and will be showcased at the Abu Dhabi Air Expo, where they will participate in the acrobatic display to officially open the event.
The Extra aircraft will be used for prevention and recovery training, which equips pilots with the skills to recognise, prevent and, if necessary, recover from a developing or developed airplane loss of control event.
The two aircraft join the college’s existing fleet of trainer aircraft which includes 13 Cessna 172s and six Diamond DA42NG aircraft. The fleet will be further enhanced with the arrival of four additional Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft which are expected to arrive later in 2016.

كلية الاتحاد للطيران تُعزز أسطول طائرات التدريب التابع لها

قامت كلية الاتحاد للطيران بتعزيز أسطول طائرات التدريب التابع لها من خلال تسلمها طائرتين من طراز إكسترا إي آي 330 آل تي. وتم شحن الطائرتين وتجميعهما من قبل الشركة المصنعة في حظيرة كلية الطيران في مدينة العين، ومن المقرر عرضهما ضمن فعاليات معرض أبوظبي للطيران حيث تشاركان في الافتتاح الرسمي للمعرض من خلال تقديم عرض طيران بهلواني.
سيتم استخدام الطائرتين من طراز "إكسترا" لأغراض التدريب على الوقاية واسترداد التحكم، وهو ما يزوّد الطيارين بالمهارات المطلوبة للتعرف على حالات بدء فقد السيطرة على الطائرة في الطور المتقدم لذلك، واسترداد التحكم عند الضرورة.
تنضم الطائرتان إلى أسطول الكلية من طائرات التدريب والذي يضم 13 طائرة من طراز"سيسنا 172"، وست طائرات من طراز "دايمند DA42NG". ومن المقرر تعزيز الأسطول بوصول أربع طائرات إضافية من طراز "إمبراير فينوم 100" والمتوقع وصولها في وقت لاحق من العام 2016.
