Etihad Airways receives its 100th and 101st aircraft

Etihad Airways took delivery of its 100th and 101st aircraft on the same day.
The one hundredth aircraft, a new Airbus A321-231 (registration A6-AEC), was delivered from the Airbus Finkenwerder facility in Hamburg.
The airline now operates three Airbus A321, with seven more on order. This A321 delivery is joined by the airline’s 101st aircraft, an Airbus A320-200 (registration A6-EIX). Both aircraft are equipped with sharklets, which are blended winglets at each wingtip, designed to enhance the payload-range performance, allowing a significant reduction in fuel-burn.
The airline will take delivery of its first Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A380 aircraft in October and December of 2014 respectively.

الاتحاد للطيران تستلم طائراتها رقم 100 و101

استلمت الاتحاد للطيران لطائرتيها رقم 100 و101 في يوم واحد.
وتم تسليم الطائرة رقم مئة، وهي من طراز ايرباص 231-321 الجديدة (ترخيص A6-AEC)، من قبل مرفق إيرباص فينكنويردر في هامبورغ.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الشركة تُسيّر في الوقت الحالي ثلاث طائرات من طراز ايرباص 321، بالإضافة إلى سبع طائرات أخرى تحت الطلب. وسينضم إلى طائرة ايرباص من طراز 321، الطائرة رقم 101، وهي من طراز ايرباص 200-320 (ترخيص A6-EIX) علمًا بأن الطائرتين مجهزتان بنظام شاركلتس ذات الأجنحة الطرفية، المصممة لتعزيز أداء نطاق الحمولة، والكفاءة في حرق الوقود.
ومن المقرر أن تتسلم الشركة أولى طائراتها من طراز بوينغ 9-787 وايرباص 380 في شهر أكتوبر وديسمبر 2014على التوالي.
