Emirates Group embarks on enterprise-wide transformation strategy

Emirates Group, comprising the global businesses of Emirates Airline and dnata, the air services provider, unveiled its plans to undertake an enterprise-wide transformation initiative aimed at placing data at the heart of the organization, re-inventing business processes using smart technology and underpinning decisions with big data and real-time analytics. The goal is to transform Emirates and dnata into customer-centric, technology enabled travel experience enterprises.
This enterprise-wide transformation strategy will see benefits cascade every area of business from customer experience, to commercial, to several back-office functions.
In order to execute on this transformation, the Emirates Group is establishing a centralised Enterprise Change Management team that will be headed by a seasoned senior executive with the mandate, resources and funding to drive this long term strategic change across the organization.

مجموعة الإمارات تنفذ استراتيجية تحول شاملة في أنشطتها وعملياتها

كشفت مجموعة الإمارات، التي تضم طيران الإمارات ودناتا، اليوم عن اعتزامها تنفيذ مبادرة تحول شاملة على مستوى المجموعة، تستهدف وضع البيانات في قلب عملياتها، وإعادة إبتكار مختلف أنشطتها وعملياتها اعتماداً على أحدث التقنيات الذكية ودعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار بأحدث البيانات والتحليلات المتاحة في الزمن الفعلي.
وتستهدف هذه المبادرة تحويل طيران الإمارات ودناتا إلى مؤسستين تضعان العملاء على الدوام في صدارة أولوياتهما، وتزويدهم بتجارب متميزة مدعومة بأحدث التقنيات.
كما ستتمخض استراتيجية التحول هذه عن فوائد وميزات نوعية تطال مختلف جوانب أعمال المجموعة، بدءاً من التجربة المقدمة للعملاء، وانتهاء بالجوانب التجارية، ومهام وأعمال المكاتب الخلفية.
وبغرض تنفيذ هذا التحول، تعمل مجموعة طيران الإمارات على تشكيل فريق لإدارة عملية التغيير على مستوى المجموعة، ستعهد بإدارته إلى مسؤول تنفيذي محنك، وسوف تمنحه التفويض، وتوفر له الموارد والتمويل اللازمين لإجراء هذا التغيير الاستراتيجي طويل المدى عبر المجموعة.
