AACO "Fair Competition" Seminar

AACO is organizing a Fair Competition Seminar on 26 October 2015 at Etihad Airways Training Academy in Abu Dhabi.
The seminar will be conducted by two proffessors and will tackle issues on:
• Basic principles of the Chicago Convention
• Bilateral air services agreements as a vehicle for providing market access
• Regional developments designed to promote market access
• Market access: nationality requirements
• Airline behaviour affecting competition
• State aid
• Proposals for a new regulation of ‘fair competition’
• Reactions from third countries to EU measures and possible remedies
