AACO’s 9th Aviation Fuel Forum will take place in Cairo on 25-26 September 2019 with the support of EgyptAir and under the kind sponsorship of APSCO, Alshams Energy, OLA Energy, WFS, Chevron, and Manaseer Oil & Gas; in addition to the contribution of ENOC. The event is organized by AACO’s Aviation Fuel Advisory Group (AFAG), which includes participating fuel companies and member and partner airlines of AACO.
On 25 September 2019, AFAG will be conducting a couple of workshops throughout the day of Registration and Welcome Reception. The first workshop is related to JIG and the Aviation Business; whereas, the second workshop is on the Basics of Jet Fuel Price Risk Management.
On 26 September 2019, the sessions of AACO’s 9th Aviation Fuel Forum will discuss the economic outlook, crude oil outlook and impact on jet fuel, and related market developments in Europe and the Mediterranean. The forum will also shed light on the latest JIG updates, and the latest GACA regulations and initiatives; in addition to smart refueling solution for remote locations. The impact of CORSIA and the growing environmental challenges faced by the aviation industry and the role of nature-based solutions and sustainable aviation fuel will be highlighted.
The forum will gather AACO member and partner airlines, fuel suppliers and resellers, AACO industry partners, civil aviation authorities, and other industry stakeholders. It will be a great networking platform in addition to the opportunity of increasing our awareness and knowledge on several levels.
