Sunday 29 November, 2015 – General Opening
19:00 – 23:00	General Opening at “Laylati Ballroom” (Formal Attire)
19:00 – 19:30	Gathering and departure from "Jeddah Hilton Hotel" lobby
20:00 – 20:30	Seating of all delegations and guests
20:30 – 20:45	Documentary film about Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Saudia
20:45 – 21:15	General Opening and speeches by the AGM Chairman, Assistant Secretary General of the League of Arab States, AACO Secretary General and Patron of the AGM
21:15 – 22:45	Opening dinner and Golden Jubilee celebrations at “Laylati Ballroom”
22:45 – 23:00	Returning back to "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"

Monday 30 November, 2015 – Special Program for the Spouses
09:00	Departure from "Jeddah Hilton Hotel" lobby
09:30 – 11:30	Visit to Mall of Arabia leisure time
11:30 – 12:30	Tour to Abdull Raauf Khalil Museum
13:00 – 15:30	Lunch at Restaurant by Jeddah Corniche
15:30 – 16:00	Returning back to "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"

Evening Function (Smart Casual)
19:00	Departure from "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"
19:30 – 19:55	Reception
19:55 – 20:00	Seating of all delegations and guests
20:00 – 23:00	Closing dinner at " Park Hyatt Hotel" - Lazurde Ballroom
23:00 – 23:30	Returning back to "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"

Tuesday 01 December, 2015
Networking Trip to "Jeddah Historical City" - hosted by Saudia
10:00	Gathering and departure from "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"
10:30	Tour in Jeddah Historical City including lunch (visits to Nasseef House, Historical Museum...)
16:00	Returning back to "Jeddah Hilton Hotel"

Please note that all ladies are required to wear abaya during the general opening and all visits
The return from the networking trip will be around 16:00, accordingly, we appreciate taking care of the arrangements with the hotel regarding your departure time
