Functions:
- AACO 56th Annual General Meeting will be held at the "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel in Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 30 October - 01 November 2023, under the Patronage of H.E. Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, and by kind invitation of of H.E. Eng. Ibrahim Al Omar, Director General of Saudia and Chairman of AACO 56th AGM.
- The opening of the AGM will commence with a tour at "Diriyah", a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the evening of Monday, 30 October 2023 from 18:30 - 19:45, and the speeches of the opening will start at 20:00.
- The working sessions of the 56th AGM will start at 09:00 a.m., which will take place at the "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel at - "Sultana Ballrom" on Tuesday 31 October.
- The AGM functions will conclude with the closing dinner which will take place at the "The Ritz Carlton" hotel on the evening of Tuesday, 31 October at 20:30.
- Saudia is planning a networking trip to "Al-Ula" City - another UNESCO World Heritage Site, on the 1st of November, 2023.
Registration:
- Registration will take place on the 30th of October starting at 10:00 a.m. at the "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel .
- Badges must be collected from the registration desk.
- Your badge is the confirmation that you are a registered delegate.
- Your badge must be worn at all the AGM functions.
Networking Trip:
Saudia will organize a networking trip on Wednesday 01 November 2023.
N.B: If you plan to participate in the trip to “Al-Ula” City, please indicate that in the registration form no later than 15 October 2023, as Saudia will organize a special flight for the AGM delegates based on the confirmed number of registered delegates.

Documentation:
Please note that based on the Executive Committee decision, AACO 56th AGM working papers will no longer be distributed in printed format, except for the AACO members CEOs who request to receive a printed copy of all materials and documentations. Accordingly, if you wish to receive a hard copy please contact us at [email protected].
Transportation:
Saudia will provide transportation for all delegates during the AGM, specifically between Riyadh Airport and "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel. Additionally, buses will be arranged to transport delegates from the "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel to all the AGM functions.
For the networking trip, Saudia will arrange transportation from "Crowne Plaza RDC" hotel to "Al-Ula" airport.
In order to secure transportation for your arrival and departure, flight details should be provided during the AGM registration.
