Functions:
AACO 52nd Annual General Meeting will be held at the "Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa" at "Badriah 1&2 Ballroom" in Kuwait on 4-6 November 2019 under the Patronage of H.E. Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf, Minister of Finance, and by kind invitation of Mr. Yousef A. ALJassem Al-Saqer/ Chairman of Kuwait Airways and Chairman of the 52nd AGM.


The Opening Ceremony will take place on Monday 4 November at 20:00, and the Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday 5 November at 20:00. Kuwait Airways will organize a Networking Trip on Wednesday 6 November 2019.


Registration:

- Registration and receipt of AGM publications will take place on the 3rd of November starting 10:00 a.m. & on the 4th and 5th of November starting 08:00 a.m. at the "Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa" at "Messilah 1B Ballroom".

- Badges must be collected from the registration desk.

- Your badge is the confirmation that you are a registered delegate.

- Accompanying partners who wish to attend social events must have been registered to the AGM and must wear badges.

- Your badge must be worn for admission to the secure areas of the AGM and all AGM social events.

Networking Trip:
Kuwait Airways will organize a Networking Trip on Wednesday 6 November 2019. The full program of the Networking Trip can be found here.

N.B: Kindly be advised that the return from the networking trip will be at 16:00. Accordingly, we would appreciate taking care of the necessary arrangements directly with the hotel regarding your departure time.

Dress code:
- The Dress code for the General Opening is Business Attire.

- The Dress code for the Gala Dinner is Smart Casual.

- The Dress code for the Networking Trip is Casual.

- Please wear your Badges as well.


Documentation:
Please note that based on the Executive Committee decision, AACO 52nd AGM working papers will no longer be distributed in hard copy, except for the AACO members CEOs who request to receive a printed copy of all materials and documentations. Accordingly, if you wish to receive a hard copy please contact us on agm@aaco.org.


Transportation:

Kuwait Airways will provide transportation for all delegates during the AGM between Kuwait International Airport and the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa. Moreover, buses will be arranged to transport delegates between the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and the AGM functions (opening ceremony, gala dinner and networking trip).

In order to secure transportation for your arrival and departure, flight details should be provided during the AGM registration.
