The company was founded by aviation medicine specialists with more than 30 years of airline experience, including leading passenger health at major international carriers. Fit2Fly builds digital tools that help airlines manage passengers with medical and accessibility needs efficiently, consistently and in line with international standards.
Fit2Fly MEDA is a digital medical clearance platform that replaces manual, paper-based MEDIF processes. It links passengers, treating doctors and airline medical teams in one secure workflow. MEDA applies clinically governed decision pathways aligned with IATA guidance, which speeds up decisions and reduces delays and denied boardings at the gate.
Fit2Fly Assist is a passenger accessibility and special assistance profiling platform. It lets travellers record their needs once, such as wheelchair assistance, mobility aids or hidden disabilities. That information is then shared securely with airlines and airports so the right support is ready at every step of the journey.
