AACO 55th Annual General Meeting will be
held in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates on 24-26 October 2022, by kind invitation of Mr. Tony Douglas / Group Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Airways and Chairman of AACO 55th AGM.
The AGM is the major event on AACO calendar
which brings together the CEOs of 34 member airlines, in addition to a
large number of stakeholders, AACO partner airlines and industry
partners, as well as international and local press which are gathered
together for two days of networking, brainstorming on industry issues
and high-level discussions.
Important Note:
I- Health Requirements
Please read the following to adhere to the health requirements of the State of Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi Entry Rules for COVID:
1) For delegates who have residency in UAE and carries a UAE number are recommended to download Al Hosn App, which can be downloaded via https://alhosnapp.ae/en/home/
2) For visitors, no PCR or Antigen test is required to enter Abu Dhabi if you are fully vaccinated. However, it is mandatory to show a negative PCR test result to attend meetings, events, or if you wish to enter public places (malls, restaurants, etc.) taken within the last 14 days.
3) If you are not fully vaccinated, you must provide a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours of your scheduled entry date. To attend meetings, events or to enter public places (malls, restaurants, etc.), the PCR test results should not be taken for more than 48 hours.

II- Hotel Cancellation Policy
We very much recommend paying attention to the hotel cancellation policy when effecting hotel bookings, which can be found under the hotel reservation section.

Please note that AACO will include your name, title and company name in the attendance list which will be circulated to all AACO AGM delegations in both printed and electronic form (email and APP). If you wish your details not to be included in the attendance list, please email us at [email protected] . if no email is received from your side within one month of your registration date, it would be considered then as a consent for AACO to include your contact details in the attendance list for the AGM.
