The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has initiated an Air Services Agreement (ASA) with the Algerian government and a memorandum of understanding to renew an earlier ASA signed in Abu Dhabi in 1992, Wam has reported.
The new agreement allows full flexibility on the routes, capacity, number of frequencies and types of aircraft, in any type of service (scheduled and charter - passenger or cargo) including the exercise of third and fourth freedoms of traffic rights.
