The State of Qatar, represented by the Civil Aviation Authority, has signed an open sky air services agreement with the republic of Uganda on 26 August 2013 at the Civil Aviation Authority premises.
The agreement entitles Qatar Airways to operate unlimited weekly flights (passenger and cargo) between both countries. Vice chairman / Director of Air Safety Dept. Mr. Ebrahim Abdulqader Al-Janahi signed for the state of Qatar, Mr. Kalumba Kagawa Assistant commissioner in charge of Air Transport in the Ministry of works and transport signed for the republic of Uganda.
