Qatar Airways is set to increase frequency on its popular Cairo – Doha route to triple daily flights beginning July 1 ahead of the busy summer travel season.
The Doha-based carrier is introducing five flights to its current 16 services a week, taking frequency up to three flights each day offering passengers more choice, greater flexibility and additional travel options.
The airline will be operating a mix of Airbus A320s, Airbus A330s and its Boeing 777 aircraft on flights to and from Cairo. The operating aircraft follow a two-class seat configuration offering seats both in First Class and Economy Class.
Apart from flights to Cairo, Qatar Airways has an extensive network in Egypt offering non-stop daily flights to popular gateway cities Alexandria and Luxor. The additional services to Cairo will see Qatar Airways operate a total of 35 flights a week to Egypt.
