Etihad Guest takes home top honors at Freddie Awards

Etihad Airways’ frequent flyer program, Etihad Guest, has again triumphed at the 2012 Freddie Awards.
Etihad Guest was recognized for the Best Redemption Ability, Best Elite Program and Best Loyalty Credit Card among all airlines in the Middle East, Asia and Oceania.
The program was also runner up in the four remaining categories: Best Promotion for Earning, Best Promotion for Redemption, Best Customer Service and Program of the Year.
Etihad Guest today has more than 1.5 million members. Etihad Guest Miles can be used to purchase more than 2,900 products in the Etihad Airways Reward Shop or converted to make cash payments with PointsPay, an unmatched loyalty proposition.

فاز برنامج الإتحاد للطيران للمسافرين الدائمين، ضيف الاتحاد، بعدد من جوائز فريدي لعام 2012.
وقد تم وصف برنامج ضيف الإتحاد كأفضل برنامج لإسترداد الجوائز وأفضل برنامج للنخبة وأفضل برنامج ولاء لبطاقات الائتمان ضمن شركات الطيران في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وآسيا والمحيط .
وحل البرنامج أيضا في المرتبة الثانية في أربع فئات أخرى هي أفضل حملة ترويجية لكسب الأميال وأفضل حملة ترويجية لاسترداد الجوائز وأفضل خدمة للعملاء والبرنامج الأفضل للعام.
يضم برنامج ضيف الاتحاد في شركة الإتحاد للطيران أكثر من 1.5 مليون عضو. ويمكن الاستفادة منه لشراء أكثر من 2900 منتج من المنتجات المتوافرة عبر متجر مكافآت الاتحاد للطيران أو تحويلها لعملة نقدية عن طريق بطاقة حلول صرف الأميال.
