EgyptAir announced the increase of the frequencies between Cairo and Istanbul by 3 weekly flights starting 15th of January 2013. With this increase, the number of flights operated between Cairo and Istanbul will reach 17 weekly flights till the end of the current timetable in 30th of March 2013.
EgyptAir will operate the 3 new frequencies using its Boeing 737-800 of 160 seats and Airbus 321 which provides 185 seats. This is in addition to the double daily flights currently operated between Cairo and Istanbul.
