The Regional Training Center of AACO (RTC), based in Amman – Jordan and a branch in Cairo, was established in 1996 with financial support from the European Commission. Up till the end of 2011 AACO have trained more than 22,000 airlines and industry related personnel. The RTC was the 1st accredited Training center by IATA to deliver IATA courses in the Middle East Region. AACO RTC is also associated with major training and education organizations such as Air Business Academy, Lufthansa Systems, Air France Consulting, Global Air Training, JEPPESEN, KENYON International, Helwan University, American University in Cairo, Balamand University in Lebanon, Concordia University and others, to provide quality training primarily for the Arab Airlines and business related partners.

Participation in the scholarship program would be by sponsoring either 15 or 7 seats, to be distributed amongst the AACO member airlines of the partner’s choice; whereby the chosen airlines would select the courses they want to benefit from using the allocated scholarships. The CEOs of these airlines will be notified officially of the scholarships each partner has sponsored. Moreover, the trainees' certificates will be stamped Sponsored by "Partner’s company name".

B- The NASHRA-Industry's Pulse & Arab Aviation - Monthly Bulletin
The NASHRA is AACO’s Official Monthly Bulletin that is distributed electronically in English language. This Bulletin is a merge of three of AACO’s previously published publications; AACO Bimonthly News Bulletin, Industry Pulse and AACO Executive Bulletin.

The word “NASHRA” is a transliteration of a word in Arabic which means simply the bulletin. It is a monthly recap of aviation in the Arab world as well as regional and International levels. Major issues covered in the NASHRA include:

The NASHRA is distributed to the CEOs and Executives of AACO member Airlines, Director Generals and senior management of Civil Aviation Authorities in the Arab world, Transport, Tourism and Economy's ministers in the Arab Countries, Worldwide Regional Associations and IATA, Media around the World and AACO’s Industry Partners. The NASHRA is also available in AACO’s Members’ Lounge and Industry Partners lounge.

Participation in the Nashra will be by an annual financial contribution of either 1 page or 1/2 page of dedicated news about "a partner’s news and press releases" with its logo in each issue.
