ABJAD Consulting, Part of ABJAD Group, is an Asset Management Company involved in After Sales Support Services, providing solutions to Airlines and Leasing Company through the whole life of the Aircraft, from the Final Assembly Lines supervision until the Disposal and Dismantling, including any Cabin / Engineering modifications required in between. To achieve this objective, ABJAD relies on very strong partnerships with OEMs (B/E Aerospace, AMETEK, Triumph Group), DOAs and POAs (PMV Industrie and Engineering, ACI - Airlines Components International), Service providers (Albret Pourteau – Tubesca Group, VAS Aero) as well as through his Chromalloy Regional Office Management.
In addition, ABJAD is a partner in the One Stop Shop of Emergency Equipment covering ATA chapters 25, 26, 32, 35, 52 operational since December 2013 in the UAE, as an extension of BIGATA France.
ABJAD Consulting is subsequently involved in Asset Management whose principal activities are Large and Regional Commercial Aircraft Financing, Remarketing, Leasing and Trading, Large Engines Sales, Sales and Lease back, Remarketing, Leasing & Trading. This activity is run in partnership with Dubai DIFC based PALMA CAPITAL and dedicated 5 Billion Dollars Airbus aircraft financing fund International AirFinance Corporation.
Through its partnership with Executive Aircraft Sales (EAS), ABJAD is involved in Business Jets Trading.
Jean-Paul Boutibou, ABJAD's Managing Partner, has been living in the UAE for 15 years, has an Airline background (3 years with UTA French Airlines based in Paris) and twelve years at the very edge of competition as Airbus Industrie Sales Director for the Middle-East and Africa. He took the interesting opportunity to create ABJAD with the prime objective to be able to remain in constant contacts with his customers while offering an integrated range of Products and Services, from the Aircraft itself down to the Spare Parts.
